Meet Your Team
The Endocrine Company was founded on a simple belief:
Dr. Penelope Pauley, MD
Dr. Penelope Pauley—affectionately known as Dr. Penny—is
a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist with a deep commitment to
personalized, patient-centered care. She specializes in a wide range of
hormonal and metabolic conditions, including growth disorders, puberty
timing, thyroid disease,
and obesity. Her work spans both pediatric and adult endocrine health, allowing
her to care for entire families with continuity and compassion.
Dr. Penny earned her medical degree magna cum laude from
Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. She completed
her pediatric residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York
City, followed by clinical and research fellowships in pediatric endocrinology
at the University of Connecticut’s Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
Before launching her own practice, she served at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for
Children’s Endocrinology and Diabetes Center.
In 2023, Dr. Penny founded The
Endocrine Co.—Florida’s first direct-pay pediatric endocrinology
clinic—offering an innovative, accessible care model in the heart of Orlando.
She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American
Board of Obesity Medicine, and holds certification as a Menopause Society
Certified Practitioner.

Molly Peralta
Molly is a certified menopause coach with a background in
education and a passion for helping women live happier, more fulfilling lives.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Bowling Green State
University, where she developed a strong foundation in teaching and
communication.
A lifelong advocate for wellness, Molly has always made
exercise and nutrition a cornerstone of her lifestyle, believing that movement
and mindful habits are essential at every age.
After stepping away from teaching to raise her 3 daughters,
Molly returned to her calling, earning her certification to educate and support
women through the transformative season of menopause.
At The Endocrine Co., her goal is to empower women to find
clarity, balance and confidence as they navigate midlife. Through her
compassionate, education-based approach, Molly works with women so they feel
informed and in control of their health.
Michelle Ross, BSN, RN, CDCES, CPT
With over 35 years of nursing experience, Michelle Ross
brings both deep clinical expertise and a compassionate heart to her work in
diabetes care. A graduate of Niagara University, Michelle is board certified in
diabetes education and a certified pump trainer for Omnipod, Tandem Diabetes,
and Insulet. Her specialty lies in helping patients understand and manage their
diabetes through personalized plans, advanced pump training, and thoughtful
data analysis.
Michelle’s approach to care is grounded in empathy and
lifelong learning. She believes the first step to effective treatment is
listening—truly listening—so that every patient feels heard, supported, and
involved in their care plan. Her joy comes from helping people feel more
confident and in control of their health.
Drawn to the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Pauley and
support a patient-first practice, Michelle is excited to bring her decades of
experience to this team.
Outside of work, you can often find her baking
something new, practicing yoga, exploring new places, or cooking for the people
she loves. Her patients often relate to her love of food and travel—and many
leave her office with a recipe or two in addition to their care plan.

Tasha Reyes brings over 20 years of healthcare experience
across neurology, pediatric pulmonology, hospice, chiropractic, and nonprofit

Tasha first came to The Endocrine Co as a patient seeking
help with metabolic concerns and perimenopause symptoms. After experiencing the
compassionate, patient-centered care firsthand, she joined the team in August
2024. As Director of Operations, she is committed to creating a seamless,
supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their health
journey.
Outside of the office, Tasha enjoys time with her husband,
