Dr. Penelope Pauley, MD

Founder & Pediatric Endocrinologist

Dr. Penelope Pauley—affectionately known as Dr. Penny—is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist with a deep commitment to personalized, patient-centered care. She specializes in a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions, including growth disorders, puberty timing, thyroid disease, and obesity. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and holds certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

Michelle Ross, BSN, RN, CDCES, CPT

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

With over 35 years of nursing experience, Michelle Ross brings both deep clinical expertise and a compassionate heart to her work in diabetes care. A graduate of Niagara University, Michelle is board certified in diabetes education and a certified pump trainer for Omnipod, Tandem Diabetes, and Insulet. Her specialty lies in helping patients understand and manage their diabetes through personalized plans, advanced pump training, and thoughtful data analysis.

Michelle’s approach to care is grounded in empathy and lifelong learning. She believes the first step to effective treatment is listening—truly listening—so that every patient feels heard, supported, and involved in their care plan. Her joy comes from helping people feel more confident and in control of their health.

Drawn to the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Pauley and support a patient-first practice, Michelle is excited to bring her decades of experience to this team.

Outside of work, you can often find her baking something new, practicing yoga, exploring new places, or cooking for the people she loves. Her patients often relate to her love of food and travel—and many leave her office with a recipe or two in addition to their care plan.
