Our Direct Care Model

The Endocrine Company is a direct care (self-pay) practice. We do not bill insurance for visits or memberships. Payment is due at the time of service.

Some families choose to use insurance for medication coverage (when applicable). If you’d like to pursue insurance coverage for medication, imaging, and labs, we can guide you through the required steps while keeping your care with us straightforward and predictable.

Growth FastTrack Pricing and How it Works

Initial Growth Consult: $695
Includes a 1-hour visit with Dr. Pauley, plus:

  • Bone age X-ray and interpretation
  • Growth chart review
  • Goals discussion and next-step plan (built with your family)

If you want to use insurance for medication:

Insurance commonly requires a growth hormone stimulation test before medication approval.

In-house stimulation test (STIM Test): $495

  • Results are reviewed with Dr. Pauley by phone/virtual visit (approximately 15 minutes)
  • Your family decides how you want to proceed

If results show growth hormone therapy is medically indicated for insurance:

  • A brain MRI is ordered at a local facility (required for insurance qualification)
  • After MRI completion and interpretation, our office submits for approval
  • Insurance approval timing can take several days to a couple of weeks

If results do not meet insurance requirements:

  • If your family still has concerns and Dr. Pauley feels treatment is clinically appropriate, you may still have the option to move forward with a cash-pay plan

Starting Treatment and Ongoing Care

Once you begin treatment, you enroll in our Growth Membership Plan at $235/month (required for continued care, whether medication is cash-pay or insurance-covered). This includes:

  • Ongoing education and support from our clinic team

  • Access to our staff by text/phone during business hours

  • Follow-up visits every 90 days while on the plan

  • A bone age X-ray with interpretation at each visit
