Growth FastTrack™
Our 5-Step Growth Accelerator Process

Skip the 3-month wait and the 6-month lag. Get a complete growth evaluation for your child within one week.
When you’re worried about your child’s height, every month feels like a year. Time is of the essence. Your child may not have months to wait for a diagnosis and then treatment. Growth FastTrack™ is a structured, 5-step evaluation designed by pediatric endocrinology specialists to quickly answer one question:
Is my child’s growth on track, and if not, what can we do about it?
What Is Growth FastTrack™?
Growth FastTrack™ is a bundled, one-week diagnostic pathway for children and teens with growth concerns. Instead of waiting months for scattered appointments, your family moves through a clear, 5-step process that includes:
- An in-depth consult with a pediatric endocrinology provider
- Bone age x-ray to understand growth potential
- Growth hormone stimulation testing when needed
- A detailed results visit
- A personalized action plan for your child’s growth
Our goal is simple: give you clarity and a plan, not more waiting and worrying.
Who Is This For?
Growth FastTrack™ may be a good fit if:
- Your child has dropped percentiles on the growth chart
- Clothes and shoes are lasting much longer than expected
- Younger siblings or classmates are catching up or passing in height
- Puberty signs seem delayed compared with peers
- You’ve been told to “wait and see,” but your concern is growing
- Mother and Father are tall and the child is not on pace to meet their height
- Mother and Father just want to maximize their child's height potential regardless
If you’re not sure whether your child needs a full workup, we can help you decide during the initial consult.
How the 5-Step Growth Accelerator Process Works
Step 1: Initial Consult – Understanding Your Child’s Growth Story
We begin with a dedicated visit with a pediatric endocrinology provider, either in-person or via secure video.
During this visit, we will:
- Review your child’s growth history and growth chart (if available)
- Discuss medical history, medications, and any previous testing
- Take a detailed family height history
- Talk with you and your child about how their height is affecting daily life
By the end of this visit, you’ll understand why a growth evaluation is recommended and what the next steps will look like.
Step 2: Bone Age X-Ray – Looking at Growth Potential
Next, we perform a quick X-ray of your child’s hand and wrist to determine bone age, which helps us estimate remaining growth potential.
For in-person patients, bone age imaging and interpretation are typically completed the same day as your initial consult.
For virtual patients, we’ll coordinate with a local imaging center near you and review the results before or during your follow-up visit.
Bone age results help us distinguish between a temporary delay in growth and a more significant underlying issue.
Step 3: Growth Hormone Stimulation Testing – Answering Deeper Questions
If your child’s history, exam, and bone age suggest a possible growth hormone issue, we may recommend a growth hormone stimulation test. This is performed in our in-house Stimulation Center.
What to expect:
- Your child spends several hours with us in a comfortable, monitored setting.
- We give specific medications that “stimulate” the body to release growth hormone.
- Blood samples are taken at intervals to see how the body responds.
This test helps us determine whether your child’s body is making enough growth hormone and guides future treatment decisions.
Step 4: Results Consultation – Making Sense of the Data
Once all testing is complete, you’ll return for a dedicated results visit.
During this visit, we will:
- Walk through each test result in plain language
- Explain what it means for your child right now and in the future
- Discuss possible diagnoses, such as constitutional delay, hormone deficiency, or other conditions
- Answer all of your questions and concerns
We believe you deserve to understand why something is recommended, not just what the next step is.
Step 5: Your Child’s Personalized Growth Action Plan
The final step is a clear, written action plan for your child.
Your plan may include:
- Observation and periodic growth monitoring
- Growth hormone therapy or other medical treatments, when appropriate
- Additional labs or imaging
- Guidance on nutrition, activity, and follow-up timing
Even if no treatment is needed, you’ll leave with a roadmap and a plan for when to recheck growth, so you’re not left wondering what comes next.
Why Families Choose Growth FastTrack™ Over Traditional Hospital Pathways

Many families come to us after being told they’ll have to wait months for an initial consult and even longer for testing. Here’s how Growth FastTrack™ compares.
Timeline
Hospitals: 4–12 weeks for the first consult, then up to 3 months for testing.
The Endocrine Company: Consult, testing, and action plan typically within about one week.
Experience
Hospitals: Busy, institutional environments; brief, rushed visits.
The Endocrine Company: Boutique, child-focused setting with longer visits and unrushed conversations.
Clarity and Cost
Hospitals: Opaque pricing and separate bills from multiple departments.
The Endocrine Company: Direct-pay model with clear, upfront pricing and bundled services whenever possible.
Our goal is to combine the rigor of hospital-level testing with the compassion, time, and communication you’d expect from a small, dedicated practice.
Pricing and What’s Included
Growth FastTrack™ is structured as a bundled diagnostic pathway so you know what is included from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do all children in Growth FastTrack™ need growth hormone stimulation testing?
No. We only recommend stimulation testing when your child’s history, exam, and bone age suggest it is needed. For some children, a consult and bone age are enough to provide clarity.
Is the testing painful or risky?
Growth hormone stimulation testing involves IV access and multiple blood draws over several hours. Most children tolerate it well with support, and we monitor them closely throughout the process.
How quickly will we get results?
Most families receive their full evaluation and action plan within about a week of the initial consult, depending on scheduling and lab processing times.
What if my child is “just a late bloomer”?
Many children with delayed growth end up catching up over time. Our process helps distinguish late bloomers from children who may need medical treatment, so you can move forward with confidence.
What age ranges do you see for growth concerns?
We commonly see children from early elementary through late teens. If you're unsure whether your child is a good fit, our team can help you decide.
