Core Membership | $195/month |                                                                                       

After your consultation, you have the option to join 1 of our 2 memberships where you can stay in touch with your provider through ongoing messaging and support. The level of membership will depend on your clinical needs and can be discussed with your provider.  Great for patients who want flexibility and easy access to their provider.

Premium Membership | $345/month |                                                                     

Includes all the perks of basic membership plus discounts and continuity. Ideal for patients who have higher clinical demands and communication needs.   Ex. Newly diagnosed Type 1 Diabetes

Non-Member Visit | $495 |

This is our Fee-For-Service pricing for patients not enrolled in membership. Useful for second opinions or quick access to care.

A flat fee discounted rate for drawing and processing labs through LabCorp. Useful for anyone getting bloodwork—keeps billing simple, transparent, and fast without surprise costs by going through insurance.  Lab draws are offered in our facility or through any LabCorp location.
